Very friendly staff lots of amenities close by Restaurants, coffee shops, candy, gifts Clothing and of course Mexican cuisine This area of Tijuana is very safe and a lot of people speak English and Spanish. Hotel is clean and well maintained

This was such a great location. Very close to the border and walking distance from my medical appointment. The view was spectacular. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is included with your stay and it was delicious, especially those fresh breads they give you before your breakfast. 10/10 I recommend your stay at this hotel.

Overall really good experience I didn’t make a reservation due not thinking we were going to stay but I still ended up having a great view and a nice clean room overall would definitely come back

Nice property in Tijuana. Service was great with the exception of the spa. We booked a couples 90 minutes massage. The spa includes a sauna and jacuzzi as part of the experience. We finished our massage and wanted to use the sauna and jacuzzi and she told us we could not due to many more appointments. We utilize spas in the USA and this is never the case. We paid for the full experience, but we’re rushed out after our massage. Very disappointing. We also had an HVAC problem in our room and had to move rooms due to the heat being stuck on.

We really enjoyed the couple of days in this hotel. The installations and cleanness are very good. Our room had double blackout shades, and the hotel is quiet. The very attentive staff made our stay wonderful.

What a beautiful haven this place was for us after my mom's surgery! The staff was so kind, the cleaners did a splendid job keeping the place spotless, and the breakfast was phenomenal! Definitely recommend this place if you are coming for medical work. The hot tub was so relaxing and garden a peaceful get-away. They have amazing restaurants, a café and pharmacy all within walking distance.

I transferred to the Quartz Hotel after a very difficult experience at another hotel, and the difference was immediate. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was great, and the rooms were beautiful with large windows and stunning views. When I arrived, I was shaken from an earlier traumatic experience, and although I didn’t explain what had happened, one staff member sensed it and offered a hug before taking me to my room. As a woman traveling alone, that small act of compassion meant everything. The team truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the care and comfort they provided.

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I flew into San Diego and arrived at the Quartz hotel with my expectations blown away. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. I was jettlagged and delirious from a late night prior to arriving and as soon as I got into my room, I knocked out like a sack of potatoes. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. My room had some nice central air and i was able to adapt easily to the san diego/tijuana weather. The complimentary breakfast was awsome, I had the veracruz style eggs, I pretty much licked the plate clean and almost got a second serving. Theres so much good food around the area. The restaurant in the hotel was awsome. The restaurant outside of the hotel was amazing as well. I got the ribeye with skrimps and a salad. All delicious. Im looking forward to my next stay here.
